For twenty-five years, I worked on complex technology problems at one of the world’s largest banks, most recently as a Vice President. I built better systems, modernized legacy technology, and spent a lot of time turning complexity into something simpler.

But over the years, I realized that technology was only part of the story. What really interested me was people—and how the right tools can help them learn, grow, and do things they once thought were beyond them.

At SaNiSa Solutions, we want to build technology that is useful in everyday life. Technology that reduces friction, makes things easier, and gives people more time and space to focus on what matters.

I also spend a good part of my time mentoring students, young professionals, and aspiring leaders. There is something special about seeing someone have that moment of realization: “Aha. Yes, I can do this.”

That moment is what keeps me going.
